Welcome to Sulwan. By using our app, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully - they're written to be fair and transparent.
Using Sulwan
- Sulwan helps you build mindful digital habits through dhikr
- The app intercepts app launches to encourage moments of remembrance
- You must grant necessary permissions (Screen Time on iOS, Accessibility on Android) for the Shield feature to work
- Use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes only
Sulwan Pro Subscription
- Sulwan Pro unlocks premium features like unlimited app blocking and advanced tracking
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly through Apple App Store or Google Play
- Prices are displayed in your local currency at checkout
- Payment is charged to your App Store or Play Store account
Auto-Renewal
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled 24 hours before the current period ends
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's account settings
Cancellation & Refunds
- Cancel anytime through your App Store or Play Store settings
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- No refunds for partial subscription periods
- For refund requests, contact Apple or Google directly as they process all payments
Your Responsibilities
- Keep your device and app updated for the best experience
- You're responsible for all activity on your device
- Don't attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or misuse the app
- Respect the spiritual nature of the app and its community
Limitations
- Sulwan is provided "as is" without warranties
- We're not liable for any missed prayers or spiritual goals
- The Shield feature depends on platform permissions and may have limitations
- We may update features or discontinue services with reasonable notice
Legal
- These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria
- We may update these terms; continued use means acceptance
- If any provision is invalid, the rest remain in effect
